RRI is a mentoring program and tool that men and boys, serving together, can use to evangelize their world, equip their next generation of Christlike men and empower them to become lifelong servant leaders.  The purpose of the training is  to nationally qualify instructors to teach Ranger Basics (RB), and Ranger Essentials (RE), and RMA continuous learning electives in order to ensure that highly competent instructors who reflect favorably on Royal Rangers conduct training. Certification will be provided through the region  in cooperation with the local districts.
