Attending pastors in equipping and up skill sessions during BSM Alumni Homecoming 2019 will earn enough credits for MCEP (Minister’s Continuing Education Program of PGCAG). Topics during teaching sessions, workshop stations, panel discussions and for evening rally messages c cover the four MCEP areas of focus (Reference: PGCAG Minister’sLicensing and Renewal Handbook, Minister’s Guide, Revised 2018)
- Ministerial Ethics. This focuses on topics on the unique moral of ministers and the ethical responsibilities they should assume in their personal and ministerial lives such as family life, confidentiality, relating to other church/staff members and co-ministers, theological foundations, the role of character, and relevant worldview issues.
- Effective and Relevant Ministry Skills. This focuses on topics that would help ministers develop their competence for high-impact ministry in their churches.
- Family-Ministry Balance. This focuses on topics that would provide biblical principles and practical guidelines for ministry and family life.
- Doctrinal safeguard. This focuses on topics that reinforce our Fundamental Beliefs, Tenets of Faith and doctrinal position on relevant issues.
