BSM Batch 22 get ready to travel to Dingle, Iloilo for their practicum in applying the SOS church planting system.

Ptr. Butch Bonilla is the guest minister on this week’s chapel time of BSM. Ptr. Butch who is currently the Sectional Presbyter of Eastern Capiz Section focused on “Love for Mission”. The secret to stay in the ministry according to Ptr. Butch who is now serving the Lord for more than a decade is sum up in this four letter word- LOVE. The unconditional love just like what Jesus has for us will help and sustain every ministers of the Lord to bear up under trials and challenges in the ministry. For nothing is too hard when we have the love of God in our hearts…

BSM 22 took the field for the first time. The students were deployed in Arnaldo Boulevard, Roxas City as part of their training on Evangelism. The one hour fieldwork garnered eleven good contacts and opened seven bible studies. Now, the students are looking forward to harvest more souls on the next target area…

Farm is happy to have Mrs. Kim Snider as guest teacher this year of Berean School of Ministry. The winsome and fun loving teacher taught Ephesians where she also gave out books which she authored.The students surprised Mrs. Snider and Mam Zeny Calusay on their final exam for a commendable performance. All team was prepared and displayed their teaching prowess and creativity. On the other hand, the students as well as some of the members of Farm and guests also benefitted from a two day Writers Class offered by Mrs. Snider, who is currently the Editor in Chief of Mom’s and M.I.P (Men in Progress) Magazines.

Berean students were excited and happy to received their new Bibles from FARM.

Once Again, a momentous lunchdate was set to welcome the 17 new batch of Berean students coming from different provinces of the Philippines. This years acquaintance party was quite unique, for some selected students were assigned to design some bouncing activity for the party. The paper-crown making activity was a big hit to the students as well as the staff. Our very own Pastor’s and teacher’s Rev. Rey and Rev. Zeny Calusay and our Dean of Student’s Mam France Vasquez participated with great enthusiasm. And what else was new? Ptr. Rey surprised everyone with his humorous song number that bursted each one to laugh. Before the program finally end, our veteran mentor’s Pastor Rey and Pastor Zeny gave place to strengthen the desire of the students to pursue God’s calling in their lives. This inspiring words concluded the unforgettable affair…

An inspiring story how a girl survived without her parents. The only one among her siblings who grew up working in her Aunt’s home. Right after she received Jesus in her heart she gained understanding from what God had allowed to happen in her life and realized that all things work together for good. After BSM training, Liezl would like to minister to her “kababayan” in Lemery, Iloilo.
